What’s your return policy?
With all of our puppies, we allow the new owner 72 hours - from the date the puppy is taken from our premises - to take their new pup to a veterinarian to have a checkup. If there is anything found wrong - within that 72-hour window - with the puppy you may bring the new puppy back for a full refund or you may bring the puppy back and chose a new pup from the litter. If that is the last puppy you may return the pup for the first pick of our next litter the choice is totally up to you
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
No we do not ship our puppies overseas
Do you have customer service?
Of course! I provide all customers and potential customers with customer service every step of the way before, during, and after any purchase as needed. I am always available to answer questions during regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm) EST.
